To serve the needs of clients, we have integrated our Telecommunications BackOffice Solution (TBS) with 18 payment processors over the years. Payment processing is a commodity, and the industry’s salespeople are aggressive. We’ve seen many quotes promising savings that don’t materialize. We’ve dealt with API integrations that aren’t stable, are difficult to use and offer limited functionality. And support levels are generally fair to poor.

That last point will save our clients a good chunk of money every month.

Also, our new partner’s platform was purpose-built for software-as-a-service (SaaS) providers like Precision. Not only can we process credit card and ACH payments plus dozens of alternative payment methods, but we will be able to send payments. This will enable us to make commission payments to our clients’ channel partners.
